Calcaneal spurs by themselves don't cause pain. They are the result of tight plantar fascia resulting in inflammation at the site of attachment on the heel bone (calcaneum). You need to stretch the soles of your feet to loosen up the fascia. Wear sandals and shoes with soft soles. Or use silicon gel inserts. Soak your feet in warm water after a min days work. If the pain is severe, use pain meds prescribed by your local doctor. Get your calcium and vit D levels checked in a lab. If they are low, you may need supplements to restore them to normal levels. Eat green leafy vegetables and plenty of fruits.
