Hello There, I am having pain in my belly button since last 2 days. Please let me know what can be the reason for this.

Hi...it could be due to stomach infection or appendix...picture would be clear once examined .and investigated ...

Causes cn be many like gastritis ,muscular , urinary tract infection ,colitis etc. Get yourself examined by a physician near you for further management regarding this.
