Pain in back opposite of breast

Hi I have severe pinching pain in right part of back which is directly opposite of breast. Also, the pain radiates to arm and shoulder and even my neck pains badly. Unable to concentrate when pain is quite high.

Pain is due to muscle spasm.
Next Steps
Get your Vitamin D and B12 levels tested if possible. Apply Pain relief spray. Use soft cervical collar for the neck. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days. Start physiotherapy once pain reduces.

Looks like cervical. Avoid neck jerks and use proper posture. No pillow. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices and mobile especially at night before sleeping. Sos painkillers and do relaxation exercises. If still have issues consult
