Hello, My close Friend is having pain in the anus from last 3 days. He forced to poop Because He was feeling to poop but He was not able to poop. The pain is same from that day. How it will cure?

Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area. At this stage when he is feeling the urge to pass stools but unable to pass stools due to pain, he may need enema or even digital evacuation of the rectum (by finger). No amount of laxative or Isabgol or Castor oil will help
