Syp lactose 10 ml at bed time... Avoid heavy meals... Take fibre rich diet

Hi dear If there is no  bleeding or anything then it will subside by itself u can sit in lukewarm water two to three times for 2 days it will help the area locally . If u are still having hard stool keep a check on ur water intake and you can take syp duphalac 2 tsp for next 2-3 days at night . Kindly follow up if the complaint persists Take care

You should use some Laxative like Tab Dulcoflex 2 tablets at night for 3 days. You should have a lot of water and roughage in your diet.  Once it becomes easy for you to pass stools please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management
