Pain but reports are normal

Good morning sir / madam , last year 2021 i was diagnosed with pcos ( bilateral ) . From last year until now I had took 5 ultrasound all the reports suggested i have pcos and today wen I went after 3 months of long gap my reports suggest I don't have pcos reports came normal no abnormality ha been noted . Am so much happy I couldn't believe at all is this true ? Does pcos go away on its own ? Sudden disappearance but sometime I get pain in lower abdomen please clarify thank you . One more thing to be added same diagnostic centre i had done my ultrasound with an experienced radiologist thank you .

Pcod is life long...depends on the radiologist to define. But it's hormonl effects can be   modified due to lifestyle changes... Don't put on weight, don't eat junk..it can come.back

Pcos is going to remain with you for life. It is a body tendency. There is not much to be extremely worries about. You just have to eat mindfully. Have a good amount of exercise daily.
