Having severe pain between neck and shoulder from the past 2 days. I have taken some pain killers but no use. To day pain got increased.

Pain may be due to continuous work in front of laptop or system....if u tell the type of pain ...wheather it is muscle pain or radiating pain we can tell exactly..if it is muscle pain just take rest...if it is radiating pain ....take mild cervical traction with rest....

take rest...and do hot water formentation 2 to 3 times daily
