I have slight pain below my left rib cage and i has been swallowed there. I can feel something inside there. it's something like popping up. It sometimes causes pain in my back also (left side).

Hello there,,,,did you mean left rib cage pain and swelling? There can be many reasons for it.... Did you fell down sideways or had blunt trauma to your ribcage? Sometimes swelling of pancreas and spleen problems also cause pain in the left side of rib cage n back.
Next Steps
x-ray- left rib cage blood test urine test sonography examination.
Health Tips
visit to MD(physcian) or Gastroenterologist if there is no trauma to ribcage and xray is normal.
