Hello there
The very fact that both your back of the hell points pain when you jog or run....points out to the direction that it might be a stress bearing pain .....
You would need sonographic evaluation of your achilles tendon to see any swelling,thickness etc ....there could be internal and external factors associated with it.... recently a sprint runner had reported to me with similar problem but for only right leg....his sonography revealed severe thickning of TA at insertion point.
He is undergoing rehabilitation and has recoverd almost 70% in one month now.
