Based on your symptoms of pain on the side of the abdomen, lower side, and back along with pain in the same leg's knee, there are a few possibilities to consider. These symptoms could be related to musculoskeletal issues such as nerve compression, muscle strain, or even an issue with the spine, such as a disc herniation. Another possibility could be an underlying condition affecting internal organs, such as kidney stones or an infection, especially given the pain radiating to your foot. It's essential to undergo a proper clinical evaluation, which may include physical examination, imaging like an ultrasound or X-ray, and possibly some lab tests to identify the root cause of the pain. Please consult me for better evaluation and treatment, or reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further advice.
