This could be sciatica. Needs evaluation, but don't worry , it can be managed well..

The leg pain can be because of the lowbackpain. Does it feel like pins and needles in the leg and calf Take tab. Paracetamol if pain is very much. Try doing bridging exercises and yoga. Eg - suryanamaskar Tadasan Veer bhadrasan to start with
