In all likelihood you have strained your biceps muscle causing biceps insertional tendinitis.
This is mostly.due to unaccustomed overactivity of a muscle.

Take rest, avoid lifting weight, apply ice packs
take analgesic and muscle relaxants for 3-4 days ,it would be allright
