Pain around anal area
I have pain in and around anal area while passing stool and after passing stool for the whole day. Currently, my Gynecologist prescribed smuth ointment and stool softener. Using it for 1 week, still facing pain. Got delivered on July 24 this year. I'm feeding my baby currently. After delivery, continuously I'm on different diet taking only coffee bread and chapathi for a month and after eating, went for stools continuously.

You should include fibre rich food to your diet.. more fruits, green leafy vegetables.. drink minimum 3litre of fluids daily..avoid hot oily and spicy food items, practice SITZ bath.. (take warm water in a tub add betadine solution little.. sit in that tub for 20 minutes..)so that u get relief..if symptoms persist consult general surgeon for further investigation and treatment.
