Pain and swelling in testis

Hello doctor I was having pain in testis for 3 days and yesterday it has swelled and I having having fever 103.5 and vomiting.Now I am in a small town all private clinic was closed I went to govt hospital they said they don't have ultrasound facility and just gave dolo 650 and sent me back.Pain is uncontrollable and after eating 5 dolo my fever is 104 now.Please help me before lockdown I was in bangalore i wish I was there now.please help me.I have attached the picture.

Pain in testis with fever usually goes for epididymorchitis. Is there any history oof trauma preceding the pain. U said there is a swelling. Could be a hematoma or torsion testis. Needs urgent USG SCROTUM AND DOPLER.

It seems u got orchitis or may be some infection and inflammation of testes.
Next Steps
best is to start oral antibiotics, and analgesic to control the infection and fever. also need to do CBC urine routine and microscopy, USG of both scrotum.

Hi, Sudden onset pain in the testis, along with fever, vomiting. It is very important to rule out testicular torsion as it carries complications.
Next Steps
Try to find out where ultrasound is available, and exclude that immediately.
