Pain and redness in throat

Feels sometime dryness in throat and having redness plus small bumps .. Having no fever and cough.. And taking medicine - amoxyclav625, B-complex forte and vitafol (took it only 1day)..after taking these medicines I relief from my throat pain.Should I continue taking these medicines or not? Or please recommend me other medicines.

Your throat and tonsillar fossa are congested and there may be a ulcer too... it might be bcoz of throat infection and may aggrevate by acidity... better to have an ent consultation but since u have started amoxclav - continue it for 7 days and still u dont get relieved.. you may need to get covid-19 tested
