How to know my ovulation day so I plan pregnancy and I was pregnant please help me and how to know ovulation day

In case of regular 28 days cycles you need to find the 14 th day of the cycle and then do + and -3 days to get a full week and then that becomes the most fertile period of the cycle

Generally ovulation occur exactly at 14th day of regular 28 days menstrual cycle. So day 11- day 16 will be the best time. To understand more or you have any doubt you can contact anytime. All the best.
