Well I have to tell you that you need to make up your mind and push yourself to lose weight... As without that it's totally not possible.. You need to engage yourself in activity like cycling,walking,running atleast 45 min a day...or join gym or aerobics as per your choice... You also need to follow strict diet regimen which includes more of pulses,..replace rive and chapathis with oats and ragi.... Try to have carrots, cucumber when ever you are hungry. Keep yourself hydrated... Keep a partner with you so that you both can boost each other.... Thank you
