Good morning, Please guide me  how to get rid of overthinking which I am experiencing specially in morning.

Carry your negative automatic thoughts while also simultaneously executing behaviours that are indicative of you being the best version of yourself and living the life you want. The thoughts trouble you less if your attention is divided between what's outside and inside. An Acceptance and Commitment therapist would be able to help you with this.

Hi... Start taking Counselling Sessions on weekly basis to address your overthinking issues. Some thoughts and emotions are being accumulated and they bring you down in the morning time as that is the time when your mind is coming out from subconscious to conscious. Overthinking is just a symptom, you need to address the cause of it.
