I have completed 3 month pills for right overian cyst..but still pain persist...what should i do?As per last test cyst size was 18mm×21mm

Hello Was it a simple follicular cyst ? Simple cyst of 18x21mm will not cause symptoms . Is the pain related to menstrual cycle, or is it continuous pain? Better to repeat sonography.( USG pelvis) You can consult with repeat sonography report.
