Hi , this is called relapse , usually happens due to multiple factors , each case has its own. Specific factor should be identified and treated. Factors for eg. Could be incomplete ortho treatment, tongue thrust , imbalanced occlusion, not using retainer or an improper retainer , wrong treatment plan etc.
