There could be multiple causes for this to happen which would require further investigations and evaluation to find the cause of your increased sleep. You could attempt to follow the following lifestyle changes which could help you to an extent:
- Try and follow a proper sleep cycle and time with 8 hours sleep at night and you can sleep for 1 hour as a nap in the afternoon if required.
- Don't skip meals and don't overeat at any point( overeating junk food and carbohydrates can cause lethargy and sleep) so avoid eating heavy unhealthy meals and replace it with a healthy diet containing green leafy vegetables, lean meats, etc.
- Exercise regularly(this maybe difficult since you get tired easily but it will progressively increase regularly)
- Keep yourself entertained and actively participate in activities to keep yourself engaged and to not focus on sleep.
The lifestyle will be difficult to change and will take time to get used and to be able to do it in complete. I also strongly recommend to get your blood tests so as to rule out any underlying cause for the sleep.
