Over bleeding

My daughter got periods in the month of October 29 th, and the bleeding is not controlled yet. Though it's not severe, but why it's not controlling. She is using two pads a day, with sometimes less to medium and sometimes spotting like. We consulted a gynecologist, she asked to go with CBP and thyroid test. There's no thyroid but has got Iron deficiency with HB-6 and suggested to go for iron injection in 3 doses. She Prescribed T pause tablet to control bleeding. My daughter used 10 tablets, each day 3 respectively. Still spotting is there. Can we use them for more  days until the bleeding stops or do we need to stop using them. Still how many tablets she can take. Please suggest the solution. Thank you.

You need an ultrasound to find out the reason If the ultrasound findings are normal this abnormal bleeding shall be attributed to hormonal imbalance and then she needs hormones to stop this bleeding pause will only reduce the flow it will not stop the flow

You should get a ultrasound sound as this continuous bleeding has lead to a fall in hemoglobin. Also you should consult for change of medicine
