My abdominal ultrasound report shows left ovary bulky is there any thing abnormal or is it something serious?? I was in doubt of pregnancy in September month but after that my beta HCG comes negative and period cames every month so that's the reason for ovary bulkyness ??

It is nothing serious Bulky ovary could be because of polycystic ovarian syndrome You haven't mentioned the ovarian volume If it is more than 10 is it is pcos
