Ca level before was 1800 before surgery then after surgery is 63 .. So does it require less chemo now. Doctor has mentioned 2 chemo now after then CT scan. Is there any chances that it will require only 2 chemo

Usually chemotherapy is given based upon the stage of the tumor. Its not based upon the pre and post CA 125 levels. 6 cycles (sometimes 8) are given. Your oncologist is the best person to decide the optimal number of Chemotherapy cycles.

The standard approach is 3 cycles of chemotherapy followed by surgery and then 3 more chemo But after how many cycles was the surgery done?
