I had an symptoms of ovarian cancer like back pain and pelvic pain. My family history don't have any type of cancers. Will I get ovarian cancer at early age 25 and I'm unmarried.I had fear of going for doctor

Just only back pain and pelvis pain is not suggestive of ovarian cancer.
There are many condition which cause these symptoms.
