Visit a specialist immediately as a non healing ulcer can be a cause of concern. Try warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day and if the ulcer does not heal visit your dentist asap. Osmf needs to be treated at a specialised centre. Thanks Regards Dr.Shivang Aggarwal

put ice cream sticks in mouth horizontaly hold for 20-30sec do like this 10 times  increase numbers of sticks day by day
