I have scoliosis, my spine is in S shape. Normaly, i have intense backpains and undergo therapy once. My quetion is, due to my schedule in school, i have limited hours or days for me to set another session for my therapy. Is it okay for me to go to school or work after my therapy? Or should I stay home and get some rest after therapy?
