From the photo and description, this does not look like classic oral thrush. Thrush usually appears as thick white patches that wipe off and leave a red, sore surface underneath. A whitish coating on the tongue in the morning is commonly due to: • Dry mouth during sleep • Poor oral hygiene or plaque buildup • Dehydration • Mouth breathing or smoking Advice: • Clean the tongue gently once daily • Drink adequate water • Maintain good oral hygiene • Avoid tobacco and alcohol If the white patches become thick, painful, don’t scrape off, or persist for more than 10–14 days, then get an in-person dental or medical check to rule out fungal infection.

The tongue appears normal. If anything symptoms,please visit dentist for clinical examination .

These is slight white low profile costing on your tounge but it can't be diagnosed just by looking at the picture. May be it's a usual white black that gets on tounge . A physical examination is required at a clinic

Whiteness on tongue doesn't always mean oral thrush. It could be coated tongue, milk tongue, residue from food. Do you feel any other symptoms? Has it progressed?

Currently photo dors not show any abnormality. Have a good hyigene practise of cleaning teeth and tongue cleaning and also good motuh rinsing.
