I have oral lichen planus since 10 months.from starting i have itching and irritation in my lower front gum but now i feel pain all my gums.i saw it very dentist but they gave some paint and painkiller and all but i have no relief.now i saw it dental surgeon he said that i have oral lichen planus it can be go with the time but i can not tolerate this pain and irritation.i cant live normal life with it plz suggest me what can i do.it can be curable or not?
