Considering the imaging report and biopsy report I would suggest you to repeat your biopsy as cancer cells are not found in the current sample .
You can request for review from the pathology team , if still the report is same would suggest you to repeat biopsy .
The growth according to your CT scan report is advanced stage (stage IV A ), and seems to be cancerous based on the clinical picture . Please note that this is based on the CT scan report and as such cancer is not proven so far . You can consider starting treatment only after proving cancer . And this is still in a treatable stage .
