Opinion for the leg tear of my father
My father is facing difficulties in walking and recently MRI test was done. I have attached the report of MRI, i would like to know what are the possible cures for this and if physiotherapy will be enough?

-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.

52 year old male and going by the MRI report, it is possibly just changes of osteoarthritis being mentioned as tears of menisci and ligaments

It is Better to clinically examine the knee about meniscal tears and arthritic changes before making any statement regarding treatment ., for now patient may need rest in brace medication and physiotherapy. It’s better to visit a nearest orthopedician!
