Only one ovary producing egg past 3 mont

I am undergoing follicular study and it shows that the left ovary only producing the eggs past three months. Is something wrong with right ovary? I have pcod, amh level is 3

No it is not necessary that both ovary will produce eggs

No it is not mandatory for both the ovaries to produce eggs In pcos patients AMH levels are inherently high So that is not an adequate way to check ovarian function
