  4. One side leg pain. What i need to do.

One side leg pain

Hi sir/ Madam, since last week I am having moderate pain in my right side leg mostly happened in back side of knee, Calf, foot and some time in thigh but mostly feeling in back side of knee and foot area. I feel the pain more aggresive since last1-2 days. I also feel tired and muscle pain in whole body specially in joint area. Please advise why it is happening and what I need to do.
