I buyed health supplement omega 3 fish oil from alps pure nutra each oil capsule contains 1000mg omega 3 fish oil, which time to take this supplement morning or night ? Pls suggest me, note- I am under antidepressant and propranolol last 3 year but with proper guidance of my pschyiatrist i withdraw completely for anxiety disorder i taken that now last 3 months i am medication free... living
