Brown discharge 2–3 days before expected periods usually means: Old blood coming out from the uterus Pre-period spotting (very common when using Novolon) Temporary hormonal withdrawal effect after OHSS This discharge coming and going is generally not harmful and often indicates that your period may start soon.
Next Steps
⚠️ When to be cautious Contact your doctor if you have: Severe abdominal pain Increasing bloating / breathlessness (worsening OHSS) Heavy bleeding Dizziness
Health Tips
⭐ Overall This pattern of brown spotting is normal after OHSS and hormonal pills. Your period should come in the next few days.
