Hello, OCD is not going to resolve in 10 days. Its a long treatment and you can seek treatment from nearby psychiatric clinic. She might need combination of medication and behavior therapy. In NIMHANS they have special OCD clinics and you can take appointment online to avoid wait period. First evaluation usually takes time as everything is asked in detail.
Next Steps
Contact nearby Psychiatric clinic or You can contact me for further help.
