The symptoms and details given by you are a bit sketchy. Firstly OCD is a bit sticky disorder and does not get cured completely. It has its ups and downs mainly linked to the intensity of stress in your life. Since you have been taking medicine for six years did it reduce the OCD to manageable level. CBT is normally more effective with OCD. Now if something new is bothering you then , do not stop medicines, but consult a Psychologist.

Just remember OCD is a bit cyclic. It may be distressing you now, but with additional therapy , you can get relief.

In case when you have taken medication and CBT together for more than 6 months and still having symptoms that rise few questions, whether diagnosis is correct? Having multiple diagnosis together ( along with OCD)? Past medical history and treatment but in any case you would definitely be getting better only modification in treatment needed based on above mentioned queries. Consult a experienced psychiatrist for detail discussion and evaluation so that treatment can be suggested accordingly.

It is unfortunate that you could not get a clarity and solutions for your issues... I would still recommend you to consult a psychologist either online or offline for more clarity and understanding about yourself.
