Ocd intrusive unwanted thought

Sir I have suffer ocd with intrusive thoughts last 1 years, I have always thought that may be something happened with me like I should harm myself or killing my self. I don't want this type of things or thought but can't control I already take medicine for 9 month after I feel cured but after quiting from last 5 month I feel same symptoms again with most unwanted and intrusive thought repeatedly. For that I unable to do work and live my life easily. I feel always tensed for future and these disease. Now I am taking this allopathy medicine it's addict me doctor told me to start again the dose but I want prefer homepathy or ayurvedic. I am taking homepathy last one month for ocd but still not improved. My question is can naturally or therapy can cured ocd. I didn't want to take allopathic medicine please help me out

You should not have stopped the medication. For OCD long term therapy with medicine and counselling is required. People waste lots of money doing naturopathy and other so many alternative treatment but they are of no use.. continue medicine and take help of a good psychologist for Cognitive behavioural therapy. It will definitely help.
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist to restart medicine and then as per his/her advice consult a psychologist for CBT.

U need to continue Medication for quite some time period along with therapies then you will be better
