Hello there, There is insufficient information to conclude, however, with the information given, it seems like you have obsessive behavioral patterns. It would be beneficial to visit a psychologist who would help you to try and reduce these repetitive behaviors and the anxieties that might be arising because of them. Further, you can make a strict schedule for yourself, such that you account for what you will be doing every hour of the day. This way you will keep yourself busy and will have lesser time to devote to the compulsive behaviors.  Good luck

Fear of contamination, excess hand washing, checking, anxiety and irritability are some of the features of OCD. It is advisable to go to a psychiatrist for proper assessment and diagnosis. They will be able to assess her properly and treat accordingly. Without going to a psychiatrist it is not possible to confirm the diagnosis or start any treatment. Consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. The best treatment is a combination of medication and behavioral therapy. Ask a psychiatrist to come for home visit if patient is not co-operative.
