I m 33 week pregnant women and I am suffering from obstetrics cholestasis since 4 month pregnancy now I am having ursocol 1200 mg  simultaneously heptral 400 mg once a day still my sgpt sgot getting high day by day. recently my sgot 435 sgpt 454 and my bile acid 35 without fasting.i have intence itching as well as.please doctor help me.

You are taking adequate treatment. You should be monitored for Foetal wellbeing. You are 33 weeks pregnant. You have to continue for at least 3-4 weeks more . Even after that the baby will need NICU treatment. Please get your Doppler studies every week and NST every other day.

This problem  will be solved only after delivery Take the medicine prescribed Use powerful moisturizer like zerina or cetaphil for body application Can take levocetrizine at night

The only treatment is delivery for IHCP. But need to rule out if there is other problems. What's latest BP? Normal or IVF pregnancy?
