My thinking abilities develop a fear of sperm contact in my mind that is getting obsessed with my life style This fear is not letting me live in a piece Every time I go out side or inside or whenever i need to washroom while changing clean clothes this fear develops in my mind Every thing seems to me. Have a sperm contact... Even washed under garments by my own Plz help me to come out of this situation Was having last period recently i m on day 10 on my cycle Un married... Not any kind of sexual relationship Please need to get treated with this asap

The symptoms u have described are those of OCD. You will need a proper psychiatric evaluation from a clinical psychologist. She will check the severity of these symptoms as well as if there r any other comorbidities present. Hi..it's seems to severe ocd ..consult with psychiatrist  for medicine  and simultaneous  go for counseling  session.alone counseling  will not help you as it's chronic
