No ocd can't be treated permanently but with advanced medications and psychotherapy ocd can be manageable to a grrat extent. In fact researches shows that witj proper medications and applications of some selective psychotherapeutic interventions patients are able to manage their day to day life very effectively. Treatment of OCD includes both psychiatriv help (medications) and psychotherapeutic help (can only provided by a registered clinical psychologist). Anxiety and depression can co exist with ocd symptoms.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist
