Oblique Muscle swollen

Hello Doctor, 2 days before I pulled a heavy object in a bend position, on that time i dont get any pain,but today I noticed a small swell up on my right side external abdominal oblique muscle (below lat near rib cage)but it doesn't pain,I got a little pain only when I try to put my hand backwards towards my body...do this swell heal on its own (or) I have to consult a doctor, what to do, please Give me a solution Sir.
