I large amount of FAT, Mostly in Hips, Thighs and chest i want to reduce it but in busy schedule it is not possible to going to gym

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Dear Practo User, Without going to gym also you may reduce your fat % very nicely. You will have to follow right diet like include more salad, whole grains, legumes and cut your calorie intake . Try to manage activity in your office time only like use stair case or walk in the office premises will help you . Don't skip your meal. Use fruit and more veggies and nuts for munching.
