Hi I Understand your concern. Food cravings are sometimes can be the result of anxiety,or eating disorders of you are going through any kind of physical or mental stress.
I would suggest you to control your mind first to think that you will eat right foods in Right proportion.
Then start your day with a heavy breakfast filled with wholegrain cereal,milk or egg, Fruits. Then every 2 hrly keep eating small portions of good foods like sprouts,nuts,salads,curd,buttermilk,tender coconut water,fresh seasonal Fruits,soups, roasted popcorn or makhna sometimes. In between do little exercises like cardio n stress relieving asanas.
Avoid maida,deep fried foods,carbonatedbdrinks, sweets
