Hello, My Daughters are 6 and 3 yo, both looks skinny with average weight (almost under weight). Please advise any diet chart for there growth. Thank you.

Hello There could be a variety of reasons for your children being underweight. The reasons could be poor appetite,  wrong eating habits, poor food choices, worms, or just genetics. Please contact personally so that the reason can be figured out and a diet plan can be worked out for them supplemented with homeopathic medicines for any underlying cause. For kids it is important to get to know their choices, food liking, activity level, history of their weight etc. You should discuss it first specially for kids. In the mean while you can add more beverages aling with their meal.
