Nutrition/Diet Myths

Could you tell me basic Nutrition myths that people perpetrate/spread? For example stuff like old wives' tale and layman logic. I found one, people tell not to eat curd during cold but it's a myth since eating curd is good for immunity and doesn't cause cold. What are some other myths?
