Hi! Glad to know that you want to work on your health. We need to lose atleast 20 kilos and I am sure we can do it in comings months. I need to understand your current eating pattern so that we can start with small changes which are practical and slowly add more healthy changes. For eg - having a bowl of raw veggies before meal - including a protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, low fat milk products, nuts, egg whites in each meal - cutting down processed food and sweets slowly - keeping 2 hrs gap between dinner and bedtime Then we will add 20-30 minutes of well planned simple exercise which you can do at home only. With this i am positive that we will lose weight!
