Numbness and vitamin d deficiency

I have vitamin D deficiency and little calcium deficiency too . I have been feeling numbness And tingling through out my whole body . Whenever i get sexually active after one or two days my vagina (most of the time left labia) with little of thigh feels heavy or numb . It stays for 40-50 seconds and goes back . My blood tests are normal for vitaminb12, prolactin , normal CBC , diabetes, thyroid and my urine test is normal too . Is it just because of vitamin D deficiency.
