I am feeling numbness on right side and tip of tongue even after 30 days of lower right 7&8 (wisdom ) teeth surgery ,also having lot of pain on right lower jaw ,it extend till ears from last few days , approx 21 days after surgery

although having pain and swelling is normal and a part of body's healing process  after extensive tooth surgery,if the same continues for an extended period, a re-evaluation is recommended. what you may be experiencing could be a  transient phenomenon , usu. goes away.  however if it persists for more than 2 months, it may be permanent opinion should be seeked
